Project management is key to Leti’s proven operational process. Project heads are assigned in each department to inspect the processes and monitor progress. They produce process reports, which are presented to management for review.
The roll-out of a project is based on different phases, which are described in the core procedure. Within each phase, certain steps are defined as essential and become project milestones.
