Leti, innovation
for industry
To support applied microtechnology and nanotechnology research, Leti deploys substantial industrial resources on several technological platforms.
Meeting new challenges in characterization for micro- and nanoelectronics and materials for energy Leti, INAC (Institute for Nanoscience and Cryogenics) and Liten (Laboratory for Innovation in New Energy Technologies and Nanomaterials) joined forces five years ago on the MINATEC campus to create a platform devoted to nanoscale characterization.
INNOVATION CLUSTER FOR MICRO- AND NANOTECHNOLOGY APPLIED TO LIFE SCIENCES NanoBio was launched in 2001 by CEA Grenoble and Université Joseph Fourier in association with Grenoble's university teaching hospital (CHU) and with the financial backing of local authorities. It is a regional innovation cluster specialising in micro- and nanotechnology applied to life sciences and healthcare.
Embedded system design benefits from a comprehensive approach to complexity Embedded systems – dedicated single-purpose computers – are used in everything from cellphones to airplanes. But designing these complex systems and making them reliable, robust, energy efficient, and cost effective is challenging.
Clinatec biomedical platform is developing innovative brain-disorder treatments Clinatec – the multidisciplinary biomedical research center formed by Leti, Grenoble University Hospital and Joseph Fourier University – has recently been restructured to support its growth into a multi-project research center focused on developing innovative treatments for cerebral and neuro-degenerative disorders.
